We currently deliver across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
  • South India: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that Sri Sukra Naturals follows a No Return and No Refund Policy. All sales are final unless the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
